We deal with all areas of Immigration; from preparation of applications for Entry Clearance and Leave to Remain, advocacy at Appeal Hearing before Immigration Judges, to representation at the High Court and Court of Appeal.
We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide public finding in Immigration and Asylum Law.
Parker Rhodes offer competitive fees for those who are not eligible for public funding (Formally Legal Aid) and fixed fees are available for certain applications and types of work.
