Our Wills & Probate Department has extensive experience in the preparation of all types of wills, advice on Inheritance Tax matters and dealing with all aspects of Trusts and Probate work. Probate
Our Probate Department offers sympathetic, yet practical and professional support to help you obtain Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and, if necessary, we can complete the Inland Revenue Form and liaise with them on your behalf.
We administer the estate efficiently and smoothly, protecting you from what may otherwise be a very stressful process.
Elderly Client Services
We have an experienced team of solicitors who can provide advice on a wide range of legal and financial issues faced by the elderly, such as:
- Difficulty with financial affairs due to age or ill health
- Restructuring of finances to minimise the risk of having to sell a family home to fund Nursing Home Accommodation
- Prepare a Power of Attorney
- Applications to the Public Guardianship Office for the authority to deal with a loved one's affairs
